Vieja Zonatum and Vieja Synspilum - Cichlid Pairing behaviour

somebody please help me hey do you think i could keep 1 Herichthys carpinte Chairel aka texas 1 red devil 1 flowerhorn 1 cuban 1 Vieja synspilum 1 yellow jacket and 1 red tiger motaguense together i wanna start them all out in a 90 gallon tank and then as they get older put them in a 300 gallon tank please tell me if you think this would work and about what size should i switch them to the 300 gallon please and think you for you help
