Your crazy. Obama pardon a man who murdered innocent woman and children, just to make statements. Tortured prisoners, brought our economy to it's knees, and would rather the rich only prosper in America, rather than the average American citizen scum - as I am sure he would put it.
@fmnma1 tortured prisoners didnt really do much as compared to the war in general, and the whole class thing and sure he may be a bad economist be should he go to jail for being a bad economist. Innocent woman and children, well... colateral damage it happend in every war weve been in and every war were gonna be in
Collateral damage? Since when are woman and children considered collateral damage, even in times of war. You need to do some research. It wasn't just the collateral damage your speaking of, it was illegally firing on unarmed civilians, just in case they had weapons. The torture of prisoners is against US policy, and the Geneva Convention. Not to mention the 'illegal' war that took place in Iraq. These are VERY serious crimes against humanity. War Criminal - Understatement!
@fmnma1 Well its like Mai Lai an isolated incident where soilders have done horrible things in war its not really bushes fault and i dont really have any symphathy for tortured terrorists
You fail to realize that the Commander-in-Chief is always to blame, by default. It is 'his war; after all. It is absolutely Bush's fault, and he shares 100 percent of the blame. It doesn't matter how you feel about the brutal torture of terrorists. America sets an example, and typically goes by the United Nations, and the Geneva Convention, prior to Bush. Bush helped destroy any diplomacy we share with out 'off set' countries. Here's a quote kid, "STAY IN SCHOOL"!
@fmnma1 so if i hired you to kill someone and you kill 30 other people in the process am i responsible for the one person i told you to kill or should i pay for the 30 lives that you took because you were to stupid to aim right, i know what Bush did was illegal, thats the problem noone should go to jail for performing enhanced interrogation, the Geneva Convention is the issue its partly why we lost vietnam
You have no idea what your talking about. The act of torturing a prisoner is disgusting, are you serious? We are the U.S, we are not Al Qaeda, nor any terrorists groups that do this things. I am American, you? If you are, we don't practice these things for a reason, we tend to set an example. Now, because it is against 'our' regulations, and the Geneva Convention, this makes it illegal. Hence, Bush is a war criminal, and should have been in prison a long time ago.
@fmnma1 if we were at war with civilized human beings then by all means torture is wrong, the problem is that we have to do it, these people wont talk any other way thats how you deal with religious extremists they have a insane devotion to thier cause
As far as his lack of econ 101, that is a domestic problem, along with his cheating in the elections. YES he should be in prison. Again, he has committed crimes against humanity, and our society, anyone else would be in prison for life, and possibly executed, for what he did.
Type in on YouTube here, 'war crime wikileaks Iraq. You don't call this a war crime? Photographers including children were in that 'unarmed' crowd. Get with it kid, find out what 'REALLY' happened for yourself. No need to school you on just how illegal that war was, but here is a hint... It' wasn't about 9/11!
George W. Bush ROT IN HELL. Until the criminality of this diseased personage is recognized by this state YOUR LAW IS ILLEGITIMATE. It's illegitimate anyway's but STILL I'd really like this human scum to get his comeuppance within the corporeal plane.
If You want to see true War crimes look up Milosivec, Pol Pot and the Khmer Rouge. Yes during war a there will be violations. People would rather blame Bush for more crimes than the leaders of Rwanda who killed 800,000 people and got away with it. Kim Jong ill still on the loose. Yes Bush was an idiot and started an unpopular war, but because someone is an idiot doesnt make them a war criminal.
I hope splitting skies has nothing done to him legally. More and more citizens need to take a stand. Bush was the seediest lowest form of life. What is worse than a terrorist? A person who befriends them. (aka bush)
George Bush, in entering canada is a terrorist entering their country. He should have been arrested without the benefit of charges, Held without bond in a private prison overseas. sexually, psychologically, and physically tortured. He should have it dished out to him just the way he dished it out to others. He had the total right to perform a citizens arrest. He should have killed him in defense of his country. Anywhere the Bush clan goes, Human suffering and ignorance follows.
WAR on terror is bullshit if any mother fucker come 2 my country 4 fight we will fucked them up but in afhgan , iraq, palistine zionist media TAG them terrorist now what us is real terrorist no bush & his bad guyz are real terrorist

This is proof beyond any doubt that Canada as well as most "western" countries (U.S.) that the people are nothing but servants to the criminals in charge. If you want to blame anyone look in the mirror.
No one is doing anything so who is to blame? all of us, including me. I will take back my country if 5 million people with weapons will come with me to DC and take our country back. Yes a lot of us will die but that's the price we must pay for freedom. Non violence march will now always fail
Sadly, I agree. I would do something but, I am not enough. I mea, I do as much spreading of truth and knowledge that I can but, we need to do more than that. There is no more time to convince the brainwashed. We have to abolish the corrupt! It's as simple as that. Let me know when you guys are ready...

The japanese soldiers that waterboarded US prisoners during ww2 were charged with war crimes and sentenced to death! Conversely, in the nurenburg trials, the excuse " I was told to do it by my superiors was deemed an unacceptable excuse!
@slikkwon No slikkwon YOU are WRONG! None other than Sen.John McCain has said that Japanese prisoners were tried and executed for waterboarding. Why don't you suggest to the Sen.that HE read more books. Google it, it's all there you cretin!
@DanielJ1T Daniel, he does seem a little strange, but tell me what he said that wasn't valid. In fact, I'm afraid the last adm. did condone torture, rape, killing of civilians, and commited other various and sundry war crimes. Bush, however, should be given good legal representation and a fair trial. Exactly what he didn't give the million Iraqis who died as a result of his illegal invasion based on 100%
@Loejyrrab We Water boarded 3 people. When have we ever condoned rape?Illegal war? Dead wrong!!! So code Pink cries illegal and the left runs with it LOL!!! If you really think we killed 1 million Iraqis then your naive.100% lies? I remember 1 reason for invading Iraq was for regime change(something you lefties pointedly ignore) because Saddam was a funking maniac and his people were scared of him, millions fled his country before we even invaded the first time.WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!
@DanielJ1T Danny boy, remove your head from your ass. G.W.Bush: "39,000 Iraqis lost their life" The British Med.Journal the Lancet, one of the 2 most credible publications in the world: "Death toll in Iraq, 1.5 mil." So it's up to you: Do you believe Bush or The Lancet. An invasion based on "regime change" and Nation Building, is always illegal. Bush promised never to use troops for these goals but that's exactly what he did. As for rapes, many occured. Even rape murder. W belongs on death row
@Loejyrrab Many groups, scientists and statisticians disagree with this study. Yes rape happens in all war's that doesn't mean we condone it.I will say it again just because you keep yelling illegal war does not make it so.Why don't you take Slick Willy to trial for bombing Iraq weekly for 8 years?Children have been surviving more now since the invasion. At least that's what your report say's.
@DanielJ1T All right Daniel, name one reputable org. that disagree with the Lancet study. In fact the Bush adm.said they didn't do body counts. They had no fucking idea how many Iraqis died as a result of Bush's aggressive invasion. The study was done by Johns Hopkins School of Pub.Health, world renowned in determining death tolls from war, nat.disaster, and famine, etc. It was published in the Lancet, which only accepts peer reviewed studies. So tell me, who says they're wrong? WHO? I'm waiting
@Loejyrrab Go to wiki and read it yourself, they have the counter arguments and disputes with the study there.I wasn't talking about the declared bombing campaign either I was talking about for 8 years a couple times a week you could pick up your local paper and read about cruise missile strikes on so called radar installations. If you think we were hitting radar installations for 8 years then I suppose you believe the Chinese embassy in Bosnia was hit by mistake too?
@DanielJ1T I must be nuts for engaging a shmuck like you, Danny! So who da fuck cares who Clinton bombed, he didn't get thousands of our military killed, 100K wounded, 350K suffering PTSD, 300K more with brain injuries, and 5 trillion in total future costs. And Bin Laden runs free, and sends us warnings on a reg.basis. Bush and the Repub vermin ruined this country. People who voted for them are guilty of war crimes too. That's you danny boy. Hell is too good for skunks like you, and Bush!
@Loejyrrab Bin Laden LoL!!! Slick Willy was offered his head on a platter twice and later still had a chance to kill the psycho. As for who cares who Willy bombed between him and the sanctions he was systematically starving the poor in Iraq and the WHO reports will verify that just read there reports on child mortality. We should of went into Sudan and stopped the slaughter too.Of course you would rather let dictators kill and terrorize there populations?I have family fighting in Iraq do you?
@DanielJ1T You have family fighting in Iraq? They must be as dumb as you for getting stuck in that hellhole. Danny boy you don'y know squat about Bin Laden. He's never been captured because he's a C.I.A operative. He's worked for us going back to when he and his Mujahadeen fought the Soviets. He agreed to be fall guy for 9/11, even though there is no real evidence he was involved. Ever wonder why he was never indicted? Dan you cretin, don't bother to respond, I'm done wasting my time with you!
@Loejyrrab Now your true face comes out. After pretending to care for our fine young men and women serving in Iraq now you say they are stupid. Are you related to John Kerry? You also seem to forget Bin Laden and crew bragged about taking down the towers you moronic boor.Maybe you should be checked for senility? Been following the happening's in Afghanistan since 1979 so don't even bother to try and school me there, you will find yourself sorely lacking.
@DanielJ1T yeah he bragged about the towers why wouldnt he? The Bin Laden group wanted this as it created a strong anti muslim sentiment and blinded everyone into supporting a war that had nothing to do with Bin Laden. Look at our country flouro water, genetically modified deficient seeds, cant grow our own food soon once the ammendment to s510 is taken away, patriot act stole my rights, hyper inflation national debt rising to unprecidented levels. Were basically at chinas mercy. were fucked
@DanielJ1T You are a dumb ass Daniel. And a fucking liar, like all right wingers. Clinton bombed Iraq in 1998 for a week in an attempt to degrade Hussein's ability to use WMD. One of the reasons none were found later was because these raids were successful. You outright make it up as you go along when you say weekly for 8 years. Well, that might work with someone with your empty head, but not me. And Clinton didn't send 5k U.S troops to die for nation building like the homicidal maniac G.W.Bush.
@DanielJ1T ps if the war was so justified how do you explain the us contracting HALLIBURTON of all people for the war????WTF Waterboarding is illegal and was punishable by death after ww2 so why wouldnt it be now?
This guy is completely right - if Bush acting totally against INTERNATINAL LAW is not a crime then what is? He is ritght about the police too - they are no longer protecting or serving the people but rather acting with complicity to war crimes in not arresting Bush. @Organjic - I agree totally, he is carrying on the criminal actions and constitutional violations and should be held accountable to the people.
They don't have a case against Splitting the Sky. If they don't rule in his favour, he should take it to the Supreme Court and see what type of precedent it sets.
He's right in that they also used the same laws to keep out British Member of Parliament Galloway from speaking in Canada.
Of course, Calgary PD and RCMP will just get a slap on the wrist.

DanielJ1T 1 year ago
