Vegas 8 Pro with some NewBlue FX Boris FX and Boris Graffiti. Canon XL2 camera. Now I've gotten a lot better at encoding. The image is even crisper now. I'm using TMPGEnc Xpress for deinterlacing and encoding. I put out the raw file from Vegas as an uncompressed avi then into TMPGEnc for deinterlacing and encoding to mp4 Its a sweet system.
