The handstand pushups were not head touches - any gymnastics guy lvl 6 or up can do x60 in x3 sets of 20 in 2mins.
And worse is those pushups were easy outsode arm pushups, now if they were elbows into the ribs/lats then all is good - again a gymnast does 50 x3 every day

good form but your reps are to quick, slow them down to 2 seconds a rep and you'l feel and see far more benefit but nice form for once on youtube, everyones so shit in general
those handstands are a joke. first of all your arm width is waaaay way out, try bringing them in a couple inches and see how many you can do. at the same time, because your arms are so far out, your head can barely go down. you dip about 4 inches each rep.
poor form, you aren't working much out doing them like that, trust me.

Since you can do so many reg. handstand push-ups. This variation might be challenging because its ALOT harder. Its tricky at first. try doing them upsidedown push-ups on your nuckles. Its really tricky because you have to balance yourself with a smaller, less controled point of contact to the floor. It will strengthen wrists work your handstand muscles in a different way, plus the increase stress on bones which will make them stronger, minimizing injury when punching

I always laugh about the guys which are proud of their 40 Push ups, but they are not able to do them right. 1) Get down until your nose nearly hits the floor. 2) You ahve to strength your back, otherwise youre going to damage it. 3) Dont do them too fast. 10 slow ones give you more than 30 fast ones. Of course you train your swiftness, but you dont gain that much muscles.

You have to do push-ups more slowly. Wiggling up and down doesn't but much tension on your musclegroups, take it slowly. It's easy to do a million wiggles, but hard to do one hundred proper ones.
Yes you deff need to get that 90 degree angle when doing hand stand push ups. it will rip your shoulders hard core and give them great definition. It's hard to do 20 when you do them correctly breaking the 90 degree mark.
u got to go down more on your handstands. u got to get real close to the floor. and when your form get betta then yo body wud show alot betta then musle that look fat
If you do 100 pushups. 10 pushups at a time, change from short to wide grips, With 10 seconds rest in between. Do this each day, and you should be doing 100 straight pushups in weeks. I did that, and went from 30 at one time, to 100 at a time. Just a suggestion though.

Ill just stick to powerhousing heavy wieghts. It suits my lifestype. So what if i cant do 60 rep pushups. I can bench my own wieght and more. Yet I would really love to do handstands. I just do it for appeal and because it feels good. Im only 14 years old.

@foxtrotenvoy doesnt look like hes doing the handstands properly idk why ur saying hes doing it right, ur right 43 is a lot, 20 is a lot, but im a little fat and i can probably do 10 handstand with proper form, ive never tried but, ima try right now lol. anyways proper form is going all the way down exactly like a pushup except its more weight and its like a pull up kinda.

@foxtrotenvoy If you can actually do handstand push ups then you will know from first hand experience that fast HS pushups are about 50 times easier than slow and controlled. Same with normal pushups.

slow and fast do different things, its like benching or anything else, slow and heavy weight bulks, fast and light weith with lots of reps tones.. this probably has a similar effect and dont say what you can or cant do.. this guy is strong.. many people cant even do 1 handstand pushup.. dude, great video man!

qermont youre right. I always laugh about the guys which are proud of their 40 Push ups, but they are not able to do them right. 1) Get down until your nose nearly hits the floor. 2) You ahve to strength your back, otherwise youre going to damage it. 3) Dont do them too fast. 10 slow ones give you more than 30 fast ones. Of course you train your swiftness, but you dont gain that much muscles.

You have to do push-ups more slowly. Wiggling up and down doesn't but much tension on your musclegroups, take it slowly. It's easy to do a million wiggles, but hard to do one hundred proper ones.

Yes you deff need to get that 90 degree angle when doing hand stand push ups. it will rip your shoulders hard core and give them great definition. It's hard to do 20 when you do them correctly breaking the 90 degree mark.

If you do 100 pushups. 10 pushups at a time, change from short to wide grips, With 10 seconds rest in between. Do this each day, and you should be doing 100 straight pushups in weeks. I did that, and went from 30 at one time, to 100 at a time. Just a suggestion though.

to do one of these u need to beable to soldier press your own body weight. Doing it freestanding is insanely difficult balancing is very difficult.
