Transformation is a skill you get in the Brawler's third class, Marauder, which lasts two minutes and comes with stat bonuses and a new attack, Shockwave. In the fourth job, Buccaneer, you get Super Transformation, which doubles the stat bonuses, has a yellow aura instead of blue, and adds even more attacks.

It's a third job Brawler skill. Super Transform is a fourth job Brawler skill.
