It's amazing to me how many people complaining about how this bill or that law is unconstitutional because of the tenth amendment when the bill or law they are complaining about is one specifically alluded to in the constitution.
Exactly. I'm not in favor of authoritarianism and conformism, but in absence of wartime propaganda, Hitler's Germany and German youth organizations were no more evil than Commie-wannabe Roosevelt's America and the Boy Scouts.
Why not reference organizations which actually were supported by an evil system? For example, the Soviet Komsomol or Young Pioneers.
(And BTW, Hitler fought steadfastly against the Christian-murdering Commies; Roosevelt allied with them.)
Ultimately the Common or Natural Law is the root of all law. The State and then the federal Constitution was created by natural law and enforced by individual free acceptance and action to establish it as the law of the land.
A tree may not pull it's self up by it's roots and prosper and thus the fed may not cut out the state from between the fed and the source of authority.
And the States may not cut out the individual from between the State and the source of authority which is from god, to man
Don't forget the third sovereign in the 10th amendment...the individual, who (under god) is the aboriginal source of all authority and to whom all authority stripped from the fed or state by the 10th amendment ultimately returns.
The state is not exclusively sovereign either. It may not go beyond the US constitution or subsequently the state constitution which must not conflict the US constitution which is the highest law in the land.
The uneducated right wing? Don't you mean the uneducated Blacks and Whiggers and Latinos that can't even speak English. Put them together with some Unions and a bunch of Queers and you have the Democratic Party.
I agree unless we get rid of one of them. It's time to crush the far left socialist and get rid of the 9th circuit court and a few other federal judges.
the solution is to elect people who will follow the constitution. check out the Alex Jones show, but dont just listen to him. You gotta look into things more closely as a citizen.
I would love to get rid of all of them. That's not a reality. Those two parties are too strong. In my mind, ut's one or the other. I'll go with the Repubs.
What these right wing wakos are doing to the Republican party should be a crime! The GOP is losing members faster than they can make their robo calls.

There will be no collapse.
Listen: the uneducated, rightwing population of America is dwindling rapidly. Just look at the census. America is becoming more multiethnic, educated, and liberal. The rightwing white Americans are growing extinct.
So they blather about collapse and civil wars and such. It's pathetic. Rednecks are going to die, and nobody will ever remember them in the new real American of liberalism and Obama. That's the truth that drives rednecks wild.
The important thing is you remain dedicated to your beliefs and only acknowledge people who agree with you at least while you still can. Many will falsely think they have a seat at the table for their dimissal of other's beliefs. An America that fails will not tolerate you either, eventually.
There will be no civil war. Rednecks are not going to die in some war with liberals; they're going to die from heart attacks and strokes from eating all those greasy redneck foods.

So they blather about civil wars and such. Give me a fucking break. It's pathetic.
Why is it always some idiotic Congressperson from one of the North East states that proposes a "law" that violates personal freedoms, or state's rights?
Very euphoric. Thank you for sharing. I just wanna say that the original language of the GIVE Act was mandatory service for government, then was made voluntary, but then, a Democrat introduced a bill to make this mandatory. Just shows you how sneaky these criminals are.
(con't) To make matters worse, if this act is mandatory, then it is a direct violation of the 13th amendment, which clearly states, "Neither slavery nor INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
Even if it was a purely voluntary program it is still fascism because all the "volunteers" that would sign up for it arn't doing motivated by a desire to help but by a desire to serve the state because if they did want to help why aren't they signing up in private volunteer programs like the local homeless shelter? Its because with some people when the state comes calling they think its their duty to serve.
We the People of the united States of America, seek to return to a state of liberty, as a Republic of States. We were never meant to be a Federalist led Democracy.
I don't agree with the NAU but at least its constitutional because the federal government can make treaties so there is no real hypocracy involved unlike the constant violation of the Tenth Amendment the federal government is trying to do.
Yeah baby! Bout' time the states are taking action. We lost America to greedy bankers since 1913, and we just might have a chance to retake our beloved country from these pigs! It's strange how the media is very silent on this particular issue, and the reasons are obvious!
Great video! Helped with my own project a lot. Hey what was the song you used? It was eerie but perfect!

We need to follow our own constitution , instead of following the United Nations agenda.

Florida has such a bill in the committee on Ways and Means. S1240.
Glad to see that my state is in the process of passing it which seems very likely at the moment. It already passed several committees!

Yeah, America's really failing. It grew 3.5% this past quarter all because of Obama's stimulus.

The states can only legally declare "financial" sovereignty, which is what the legislation does. It is the people who must decide secession.
California is owed Billions from the Fed Gov for Real ID, money has yet to be received, so Calif. is not in a hurry to implement.
Texas Gov. Perry is a HUGE proponent of the TransAmerican Corridor (NAU) yet was vehement about states rights? Just trying to get votes.
