In an episode shown on TV today Zanna came to her with some "classic" items and before even looking Joanna barked "classic is boring". That is just one example of her being incredibly rude, negative and dismissive. Obviously, she has a role to play and tight deadlines with getting an issue out every month, but I just don't think people in positions of responsibility to undermine junior staff, especially on television!

There is something about Joanna that really grates on me. I could not work for her. In every episode she comes across as ultra serious and when she does crack a smile it is not real! Everyone seems to tread on egg shells around her.
