Con todo respeto para los mariachis que rompieron este "record" deberian darse una vueltecita a la Plaza Garibaldi en México D.F. el dia 21 de Noviembre que es cuando año con año se tocan las mañanitas para nuestra patrona Santa Cecilia y que no es por desilusionarlos pero hemos llegado a reunir hasta 900 músicos y todos de Mariachi no como aqui que están hasta los Huicholes que cantan "La Cusinela" descansen con su "Record".

You are right, I realized the last count was 549, thank u. But Mariachis is associated with a great deal of prestige not only in Mexico, but around the world. The mariachi is the sum of a cultural evolution which has taken place over the last century or so in Mexico. But just like music, it's international, and glad to hear others are loving it as well.

Not Mexican at all, except in my soul.

This was part of an international meeting of mariachis. There are people playing from many different countries, not everyone in the video is Mexican.

Mariachi is music international.

It's beautiful, we present to u Mariachis - Mexican Folkloric Music, there's still a lot more great things from Mexico, but I am very proud that 520 people were able to gather and bring us this beautiful music. Congratulations please delight us again with your talents.
