  • @ayyomommo you can do it, you are beautiful and strong and you know who you are, lesbian or not I accept you and know you can do it, be strong and believe in yourself there's nothing wrong with being who you are <3

  • start from the one on the bottom

  • I also dont want to come out and have people at my school (because +90% of the kids are homophobes!!) and i dont care what they say to my face. It's what they will say behind my back im afriad of. I just dont want people treating me differently because my sexual orientation is different, when in all actuality im the exact same person i was 10 minutes before i wrote this

  • I love this scene so much! Now it has a much deeper meaning to me. I just realized that im a lesbian, and that Im in love with my bestfriend since kindergarden. She knows im les and she doesnt care cuz shes bi, she doesnt know i like her. but my problem is with my mom. She told me shed love me nomatter what a year ago, but i just have that doubt. Im more afraid that she will contridict me, or restrict me from seeing my friends. I dont want to tell my grandpa either because hes majorly catholic!

  • Cried a rivera! This scene is so sad!

  • Notmybirthday@ now you must die

  • What ep.?

  • @catychaty i kissed a girl

  • Santana );

  • Poor Santana

  • I'm almost in tears ;(

  • @NotMyBirthday also your calling her a bitch so doesn't that also make YOU a bully? Just saying...

  • @NotMyBirthday jeez calm down...just a show...just acting...fake characters

  • i HATE when people act this way!!! it's their life and they just want to live it.

  • aw

  • So sad

  • this made me so mad

  • i almost cryed for santana

  • This is a heartbreaking scene, but so well-played by Naya Rivera. She's a great actress. It's hard to describe how heartwrenching this scene was. I had a grandmother who died a little more than a year ago, and she meant the world to me. She's always been the person I have looked up to the most in my life. If she had ever told me she never wanted to see me again... If she had abandoned me from her life, I would probably die on the inside. Luckily she wasn't homophobic in the least, though.

  • @IVH93 Exactly... my heart broke a little bit.

  • D': awww poor Santana

guys just relax on the negative comments, its just an act, scripted. so chill out

  • Look, I am not one of the "SANTANA FANS!" that love her so much. I think, she did the right thing. I probably be like " this is awkward, loving girls!" but how would you feel if someone hated u for being you!

    Even your closest relative.

  • My favorite memory on Glee was when Lauren whooped Santana's little skinny ass.

  • Bawled my eyes out. I can't even imagine how that must feel

  • @NotMyBirthday I have to agree

  • Kind of happy her grandmother dissed her. That is what she gets. Santana is a bully and a bitch so i don't feel sorry for her at all.

  • @NotMyBirthday wtf??? she did not deserve that she was figuring out who she was!! don't hate on her.

  • @Emi4444glee Okay so because a person is figuring out who they are that gives them a right to be a bitch and a bully. Oh please, I do hate her and not because she is a lesbian but because she is a huge bitch. I hate her character. I used to hate Rachel but Santana took her place. Just because a person is struggling with their sexuality gives them no fucking right to be an asshole, bitch and a bully to others.

  • @NotMyBirthday ok, i respect your opinion but seriously i personally love her she helps girls everywhere to realize who they are and its amazing. Yea, she's a bitch, but in real life shes not, i mean have you even seen Naya? Every show has someone like that. I mean, do you hate Sue, too?? She's a bully. Santana's amazing, even if she's kinda a bitch. I mean, everyone can be sometimes;

  • @Emi4444glee I hate Dave Karofsky, Sebastian, Santana, Sue and Rachel. You might think being a bully and a bitch is amazing but I don't. I sure Naya is nothing like her character which is why I said I hate Santana not Naya. Oh and please tell me how she helps girls? She bullies others who are different. Like her bullying Finn because of his weight and her calling Kurt several names. Her threatening others by saying that she is from LIMA HEIGHTS. All of this is amazing?

  • @NotMyBirthday Ok.... so I agree I hate Rachel. Yay for common ground. Anywhoo, I do not think being a bully and a bitch is amazing, its just that everyone can be a bully and a bitch. It's no big deal, I am sometimes and I'm sure you can be, too. You can't hate Santana for that. Santana knows she's a bitch and once again, it's because she doesn't want labels put on her. She's so scared. She helps girls because she overcame her lesbianism and is herself. It's pretty amazing, actually

  • @Emi4444glee sorry i posted it twice... i don't know how that happened

  • it's just acting calm down girl

  • @divagirlme270 Naya is playing Santana in Glee who is a bully yet people ignore the fact that Santana's character is a bully because she is a lesbian. You might be okay with bullying but well I'm not and I would really like the glee writers to have someone confront Santana on her fucking bullying.

  • @Emi4444glee You might respect my opinion but I don't respect yours. I'm against bullying. I don't care if the bully is gay, lesbian, black, white, hispanic, fat or skinny. I am against bullies and bullies come in all shapes and sizes and Santana is a bully. Watch Season 1 and 2 over again. Maybe you are to busy looking at how cute Naya is to see her character is a total bully.

  • @NotMyBirthday Look, I know she's a bitch. I hate bullies too! They suck! It's her character. Ok, you are so stuck on the bad things about her that you can't see how loving she is. She's sorry for bullying. She knows she is. This isn't about Season 1 and 2. It's about 3 and how she's changed. Also, I'm a girl and I'm straight and yes Naya Rivera is beautiful and I look up to her. I know her characters a bully. Imagine how boring Glee would be without a bitchy character. It's called acting.

  • @Emi4444glee Oh forget it. You are a fucking hypocrite. You are like most Santana fans. You think it's funny and cute when she goes around bullying the other characters on Glee. You got upset when Finn outed Santana but think it was perfectly okay for Santana to continually make fun of Finn and comment on his weight.

  • @NotMyBirthday I am a Santana fan and it's ACTING!!! Santana is NOT the only bully on Glee. Go diss on Sebastian or Sue or something. It's not even real, acting acting acting. Also, Santana is way nicer that shes out of the closet and doesn't have assholes like Finn publically humiliating her.

  • @Emi4444glee I did diss Sebastian and Sue. You for some reason just didn't read that comment.

  • @NotMyBirthday Look, hate all you want but she's a beautiful person and you're kinda bullying her right now.

  • @Emi4444glee HOW IS BEING A BULLY BEAUTIFUL?

  • I find it so disgusting how people can automatically hate a person that they've loved their entire life, just because they're homosexual. I'm straight, but I know that if I were gay, or if I got pregnant, or even if I committed a crime, my parents would always be there for me.(though if i committed a crime or got pregnant, they would be disappointed in me)

  • :(

  • so much respect for Santana after this video ^_^

  • And in that moment, Santana wished she was just pregnant...

No honestly, I hate her grandmother already...Santana is her granddaughter and like she said, she'S the same person. My grandma would be shocked, but she would never kick me out of her house.

  • :( This is so sad. When I came out as bi to my mom, she tried to " fix " the problem. Eventually we just stopped talking about it so I think she thinks I'm " fixed ". It's a horrible feeling when you don't feel supported and when you can't really talk about it with anyone because it's not accepted whether in society or your religion.

  • What is the episode before this? Or has it aired in Britan yet? I want to know if i have missed it or not.

  • @Cookiemania12356 i kissed a girl season 3

  • what's even worse is that santana looks up to her grandma and trusts her and her grandma gets all worked up and she doesnt think about what happens to ppl when they come out. i feel so bad for santana

  • @RockBeiberSwag Wow. I wasn't talking about THIS. I was talking about bullying because CHILDREN are getting upset with Santana. They seem to have this burning hatred for a person that DOESN'T exist. To have such a serious emotion for a fictional character... It's dis-regarding people who take emotions seriously. Like wasting your time hating Justin Beiber and calling him a girl or something. You're wasting your emotion. SO. I wasn't talking about confessions of sexuality. BULLYING. It was.

  • ...and she called Santana selfish?! SMH

  • "I walk around so mad at the world but I'm really just fighting with myself. " . <3

  • I busted out laughing at "Are you pregnant, cause I will bet you up with this chair." If her grandmother wasn't such a bitch I might actually like her.

  • ppl always ask me y i dnt come out 2 my family if they're ok with homosexuals bt they have the whole stereotype thing n im bisexual so i wudn't wanna come out 2 thm i have enough problems with my mom asking me if i have a boyfriend n if my friend who iis a lesbian is trying 2 hit on me ppl always ask y me n her hang out so much bt its just bcuz we have fun 2gthr we dnt see each other tht way i feel 4 Santana n she's my fave everyone says im the Santana of my school

  • that's why i don't come out.i know my come out will be more terrible than this.why people dont understand ='(

  • wats up wit her grandma, she needs to love her granddaughter the way she is if i evr have a grandadaughter comes out of closet i will be there for her

  • I never understand why people arent supportive when someone comes out as gay/lesbian. People think it's a choice someone has, like they wake up one morning and are like" well today I think im going to be Gay from now on". It is the way they were born, it's who they are and this video shows how ignorant people can be. I am not gay but I am supportive of the way people are. I love Santana!!

  • If any off my family members react like this when I pluck up the courage to tell them I'm bisexual, I'll b strong enough to know I don't need them! I need my friends and family that see me for me!

  • I felt so bad for Santana. This is exactly what happened to me when I came out of the closet as gay... Lost the person who meant the most to me in the whole wide world. Broke my heart, actually.

  • I actually cried when Santana cried because I know that feeling. This is probably one of the saddest moments at least for me. But for me it was mom who was the non-accepting one and my grandma was cool with it but it still hurts. I love Santana so screw that grandma.

  • «Everybody has secrets, Santana. They're called secrets for a reason.» My heart cracked after that sentance.

  • @cheersdrinktothat Dude. Did you read my other comment? I'm just sounding repetitive now. THE WRITERS FOR GLEE MAKE A SCRIPT. The script can is meant to be funny. IT'S A SHOW. That would be like me saying "Hey. You support killing?" After you saw an action film. It's not real.

  • @sophisticaterate but this really happens to people!

  • What is the name of this episode?

  • "i have to just be me.."

maybe i should follow those words :'(

  • @mp3holder94 me too :/

  • @natualonso19 :( it's so hard but ever since i saw this episodes... it just got me thinking

  • @mp3holder94 i understand you :/

  • @fernniegirl13 Good to know.

  • Best coming out speech EVER!!!

I FUCKING LOVE GLEE!!!!!!!! people who say it sucks are ASS HOLES they will never understand the meaning and power it has on people! people like me.....

  • @mp3holder94 Agreed!!!!!

  • This is by far my favorite episode of Glee. Santana does an amanzing job <3 I love Santana <3

  • Pinche Abuela pendeja!

  • I think everyone has a bit of bisexuality in them whether they admit it or not. We fall in love with people's personalities , not if they happen to have a penis or a vagina. I myself have a boyfriend but I think I would be perfectly capable of falling for any of my girl friends just cos they're such great people. Phrases like "lesbian","gay" etc. are just labels

  • @TViggy2389 Finally a brain!!

  • @TViggy2389 THANK YOU! I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO THINKS THAT!

    MARRY ME!!!!

    xoxoxooxoxoxfhweufhuweifhiaqwe

  • @Sliprez Well in 10 yrs time if we're both single then definitely haha. ( And then we can both go stalk down Naya and propose to her )

  • @TViggy2389 Well said...

  • @TViggy2389 Labels dont matter be who you are <3

  • I LOVE EVERYONE JUST THE WAY THEY ARE!!!! Just thought I would release some of the tension under this video. :)

  • @fernniegirl13 EHEM. Ma'am. Did I SAY bullying doesn't happen? I KNOW IT DOES. But in a show. It isn't real. Don't assume that I support bullying. IN A SHOW. It's funny because we KNOW IT ISN'T REAL. And what you just said was a type of bullying. You said it with the intent to hurt my feelings. Hypocrite. "Shut up." Remember?

  • @sophisticaterate o im the hypocrite? sure! yeah right! hahahahahahahahahahahahah!!

  • @cheersdrinktothat Yooo! You do know that Glee is a show right? It's MEANT to be funny. Bullying in a show is funny because we know it's not REAL. So calm your fucking pants.

  • @sophisticaterate you know what this stuff actually happens so shut up

  • Santana can come live with me since her grandma kicked her out.

p.s. wat episode is this from

  • @fernniegirl13 Santana lives with her parents ,but got banned from her grandma house she's not homeless. This season 3 ''I kissed A Girl'' episode 7.

  • @Zinga1991 thank u

  • @fernniegirl13 Your Welcome!

  • no one reacts like this, glee tries to make it seem like everyone hates gay people then at the end they decide that its okay and they love everyone. not real life

  • @asottile21 I love Glee and especially Santana but I totally agree with You. I know some gay people and I can see that few people dont treat them right but the closest friends and family are very supportative and they doesn't care. I can't imagine that in real life someone so close could act like that. Her abulita should be a devil or something.

  • @johanna190 Well honey.. it happens. When I confessed my mother I was sexually abused when I was 5 by our pervert neighbor, she came into my room to ask me HOW did that happen? If I remember the right things?... and that it wasn't her fault because I was under the protection of my grands... she basically came into my room to clean her hands of any guilt. My mother. Same happened when I told her I was Bi. She gives a shit, because its me, but she says if I wanna make my life, must be far from her.

  • @JMQDutary My point.. Unfortunealy, it happens... :(

  • @JMQDutary I know that this doesn't mean anything to You but I just want to say how sorry I am. I've never met person like You in my life before. I don't want to judge your family because I don't know them but they have to be very cruel to doesn't love You for who You are and support You in Your life decission. In my country- Poland, homosexuality isn't an offen thing but peple who I know personally and who admitted this to world are treatten like a normal human beings by other people

  • @johanna190 Thnk so bad. Dun mention it.. ur words really moved me and OF COURSE I CARE. Thank you for been such a gold-hearted person. We need more like u in the world! :)

  • @johanna190 It happens in real life the people closes to you turn their back on you.

  • @asottile21 Ryan Murphy wanted to show to different sides of coming out., Kurt came out to his dad Kurt's dad excepted, and told him that he loves him no matter want.Santana came out to her abuela she was disowned two different coming out realistic situations.

  • WTF is wrong with her grandma? Just cuz she's a lesbian, doesn't mean she's any different than another human being.

  • She supported Rachel and Finn in their decision to get married in her own twisted way. She was so happy about Quinn getting into Yale, she was the first to stand up to hug her. She helped Mr Schue when he was trying to propose to Emma. She helped Blaine, by trying to bring down Sebastian. She is nicer now you just have to look closely.

  • Yes Santana is a bully but if you really understand the show you would know that it was all a defence mechanism, trying to bring people down because she was scared of who she is. Its also the same with Karofsky. But if we're all being truthful she has been a lot nicer since she came out. Yet she has naughty comments at times, but if you really notice that has changed a lot. Bullies are usually people who are scared of what they are, but when they see their inner beauty they change.

  • @cheersdrinktothat A show like glee is one that allows homosexuals to feel happy being who they truly are. It speaks to those who truly listen... Which other show out there expresses the troubles of a teenager trying to come to terms with their sexuality?? It's not easy for any gay teenager. Glee highlights those issues. Ok, maybe you don't think it's the worst form of bullying in the world... But for the ones living it... It is! It's important to try and understand that...

  • Is it just me, or does Alma's dialogue sound like she doesn't care if Santana's gay, just that Alma is angry that Santana is being public with her sexuality when she couldn't?

  • @cheersdrinktothat

that bullies often have deeper issues- those issues don't excuse their behavior, but they do explain it. I like her with Brittany because Brittany brings out her nicer side. I'm thinking of writing a fanfic where Brittany calls Santana out on her bullying and they really deal with the issue.

What I'm trying to say is that not all Santana fans support her bullying; some take issue with it. Santana is heavily flawed, but I still like her. You don't have to agree, of course.

  • @cheersdrinktothat

I like Santana as a character but I absolutely do not support her bullying. Her racist remarks towards Rachel and Tina, her bullying of Finn about his weight, all her bullying- it's all completely unacceptable.I think that part of Santana's character development will be learning to outgrow her bullying and apologize to the people she hurt. The reason I like her is that it's clear that she's a bully because she hasn't accepted herself or her feelings, and that shows people

  • That's how my mom made me feel when I came out to her 4 years ago

  • @Xamot1980 Came out had an anxiety attack and went to the hospital. In NY at the time only one in a group of friends who all came out at the same time late teens, to have an anxiety attack because my dad hated lesbians and the notion of me being gay. Good for you though and i hope you have a strong relationship with your folks.

  • @cheersdrinktothat Geez,So ur saying All Lesbians,Bis,Straights, abd Gays are bullys?I love Santana so shut it no one cares wat u have to say.Santana is a very major character in the series. So what she's a bully or not?She can do whatever she wants.your not the boss of her now are you?

  • @cheersdrinktothat If you don't like her stop watching videos about her!!!!

  • I was hoping she was gonna yell U STUPID BITCH U CAN'T COOK SHIT

  • That Is the most mean granny I have ever seen

  • @cheersdrinktothat We like that Santana is mean because it is part of her personality and it's funny. Also, people can identify with what shes going through and her need to always be a bitch because that is how she defends herself. She puts down others so she does't have to think about herself. No, what she does is not exactly right but we understand so thats why everyone loves her.

  • If my grandmother ever said that to me when I was going through a tough time like that I would of slapped her like santana slapped finn

  • @cheersdrinktothat I love her because I KNOW HOW SHE FEELS!!!!!! SHE ACTING LIKE A BITCH BECAUSE SHES KEEPING A SECRET THAT KILLING HER! aND HURTING HER INSIDE! AND SHE TAKES IT OUT ON OTHER PEOPLE BECAUSE OF HOW PEOPLE TREAT LEZ AND GAY PEOPLE YOU STUPID ASS BITCH

  • She's the grandma from switched at birth!

  • screw u bitch so wat she loves girls u should love her no matter wat she is free all people who r gay, lesbo and so on leave then alone u jack ass u have loads of gay and lesbo mates more than straight mates nut i love them just as much so lay off now u might even b one urself just don't no it yet so leave thyem alone there only people and so wat if they r different different is a good thing if they r nice then u should b 2 and that is the end c ya

  • I loved Santana before she did come out ♥ Now she is complete ♥

  • "Santana are you pregnant? Because I will beat you up with this chair." LMFAO, never gets old. x')

  • She says it so true from 1:26 - 1:45

  • @Akei220022 fuck you, hater if you hate

Santana so much then what the fuck are you doing watching a video about her you homophobe. Go play with yourself you cunt..!!

  • Thats wat the bitch gets......FUCK SANTANA

  • That is horrible.I can't believe her grandma did that.I wanna punch her teeth out. >:O

  • when i saw this i wanted 2 cry cuz its sad that her grandmother was so rude 4 judging her about something about that. :(

  • first time I hear her saying "She's tired of fighting." lol

  • So many people pick on only kids for bullying gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgenders. It's not ONLY kids who do it. I've learned from experience that adults are the most harsh. They rip out your insides and stomp on them...especially when it's someone you love dearly, like Santana and her abuela, it really hurts. I only wish people could see the harm they cause and change their attitudes...:(

  • WHAT THE FAWK??? -:( her abuela is rude!!

But LOL @ Santana are you prego?? Cause i will beat u up with this chair xD

Still -.- GRRRRR @ su abuela!

  • her grandmas a bishh :(

  • Santana are you pregnant, coz I will beat you up with this chair. LOL

  • @izzywizzy2310 hey I didn't feel LOL at her grandma dialogue...I mean may be I am taking it more seriously than I should but that was so rude...Wht if she was?? It would be same as wht Quinn's dad did to her...May be she was joking but if not she should be supportive...Just saying...No offese on ur views...

  • Her grandmother actually told Santana to tell her about her life. But when Santana let it out, she chased Santana away...

  • :(

  • Can someone give me a cuchillo so I can cut this bitch?

  • Her spanish accent is so SEXY

    Im spanish (Venezuelan)

    And yes, it's sad :c

  • This is so sad

  • This is just like the Mama O'Malley/Callie scene when Callie tells her "I like Girls..ah women..and I met the most amazing Woman." Callie Torres

  • thats true because hispanics are strict with there religion, i should no my grandmother would slap the crap out of me

  • im bisexual and im so scared to actually tell my grandma. i dont live with her but shes always been there for me and loved me but i know that if i tell her, she will disown me. mostly because of the time she was born. her and my father still dont know. ive been so scared to tell them. maybe one day ill be able to

  • @melkingcat bisexuality isn't "bullshit". maybe you can't understand because you're only attracted to one gender, but a lot of people are legitimately attracted to both/just don't care - they're just attracted to/fall in love with people. bisexuality exists whether you want to believe it or not.

  • @tenthingsqueer Eventhough this wasn't to me directly....it still helps to know there are people that understand out there :)

  • @tenthingsqueer, THANK YOU.

  • @TheBlankiee aw :) it doesn't matter what they say ! if u are happy they should be happy ! ^^

  • @TheBlankiee that is so tough and horrible and unfair. *hugs* I hope things turn out well for you.

  • @TheBlankiee I think you should tell them because if they truly love you they will accept you for who you are and being bisexual is nothing to be ashamed of. I am just surprised that you can tell the world on the internet, but u cant tell your grandma or father.

  • @fernniegirl13 its quite different. telling people online, i dont know them. my family, they do know me and i know my grandma wont accept me

  • Too many gay people have gone through the pain of family disowning them. it hurts. my dad told me i was throwing my life away when i told him and that he would rather me be pregnant (18 and at school at the time) He eventually got over it, we dont talk about it openly but its not something i ever hide. it took me a long time, its never easy, i do wish they followed up santana later in the episode.

  • @PeaceUnityLoveLife01 I know it's hard, but hey, you told him and that was really brave and courageous. It takes a lot of heart to stand up and say you're not going to hide it.

  • Santana has always been my favorite character, when she's "goin' all Lima Heights!" and then when her character came out, it showed a completely different side of her. Loved it! And this was such an incredible performance :o

  • @jen7121993 I wish she would go all Lima Heights and get kicked out of school.

  • @jen7121993 I thinked it showed why she's a bitch.

  • I feel so sorry for all the teens who are gay, and don't get accepted. It's so sad that there are people who bully people who are gay, bi or transgender. They can't help they are born that way. Thank you glee for showing this up. Maybe some kids will see the light and stop bullying.

  • @TheMissMarimba Preach!

  • This is so sad, and dealt with really badly! I feel so bad for teens out there that know who they are and except it, but then their parents don't except it. I feel terrible, even if this "isn't real" there are real life times when this happens. After all, when a teen comes out, usually they get enough torture at school and they need to lean on parents and friends for comfort. I hope that everything turns out okay for everybody! <3

  • THAT'S SO SAD!!!!

  • For a second when Her Grandma stood up from the chair I thought she was going to beat her up with the chair

  • Loved the scene, but hate how Glee deals with it. I don't understand why they put in things like this when there's no continuity. If you saw the most recent episodes, you would have absolutely -no clue- this happened at all. Santana doesn't act affected whatsoever. It's not Naya's fault...the writers suck.

  • @eridaniblack Santana coming out storyline will be continued later on in the season Gloria Estefan will be playing Santana's mother.

  • Oh, I totally cried here! And yeah, totally agree, I'd have loved some follow up on this, it was so emotional.

  • @FaerieDust Your in luck the Santana storyline will be continued later episodes of the season.
