any word on the effect, if any, of the Feb 18/19 boycott?...don't really need a boycott. Now that i cannot easily find which comment someone replied to, why waste time reading the comments?..i guess utube wants us to spend less time socializing, just watch vids so they get pay-clicks. guess what GOOGLE..You are about to regret buying utube:)))))i used to spend 6 hours per night here. Now?..about 15 minutes. who needs it anymore? Google ruins everything they touch and forces u to sign up?..bye :D

@AlienLeaderFan That's great, I'm AquarielCharm over there no 's'. Tips on uploading on ZC. Don't change title of song or add video description until after vid is uploaded. mp4 format works best. There are glitches because ZC is getting thousands of new users every day, I don't think they were set up for the migration. Otherwise it's a great alternative to youtube. Gozie . com is 2nd my best easy uploading, no ads, no copyright. Forget about ad vampires at Daily Motion.

1. "In order to make sure this plan will not fall through"? If this really were a thing, wouldn't we want it to fall through? To say that we don't would mean we would want it to succeed.

2. This alleged "plan" by Youtube and Google doesn't make sense. If they make it so you have to buy a space on Youtube to post videos, then only those with money to burn will buy up spaces, and it will just become one big advertisement channel. And who's going to go to a site to watch advertisements?

@nasrsarian - I joined Vimeo last yr. I joined Gozie . com under ShiftingReality. Gozie's videos play better than Vimeo's & video length is 320 minutes. I also joined Daily Motion under AquarielCharm. Video play better there too & video length allowance is 60 minutes. Once yt goes into permanent Gulag design I'll be on those 2 forums. The new yt & gmail designs are more than just awful, they're meant to suppress information & networking, lower Spirituality, hinder mental balance.

@nasrsarian - On March 1st youtube will be CRAP! I like Gozie . com more than Vimeo. On Gozie I can upload as many videos as I want every day and up to 320 minutes in length and resembles youtube subbing, friend invites, etc. as well. Vimeo allows only 1 upload per week and video playback is jerky. Daily Motion has better quality video playback but they censor videos, limit text and they denied one of my video uploads last week. So it's Gozie (ShiftingReality channel) for me.

i joined youtube on june 3rd of this year. it was pretty exciting becoming a user of the great site, as monthes past, youtube stayed the same, then one day on december 8th when i logged on, something shocking i saw, it was a new layout, i HATE it, and as soon on december 13th, i saw a video called End? same reasons of whats going on by the way, on december 15th at 10:46 pm i logged out of youtube, i faced 17 hours, but i missed it too much so i logged back ON AT 5:32 pm.utube is trash.
