Both the democrats and the republicans have screwed up as far as economic policies go. Now we should just balance the budget by whatever means and hope things will get better.
I'm surprised that Allen has been effective in closing the gap between him and Collins. She's basically a Republican In Name Only. If you look at her record without knowing that she's a Republican, you'd think that she was a moderate-liberal Democrat.

Foolish gamble. Do that and we end up with more of the same and I'm talking Republican. Things improve economically under Democrats.
