hey, both you and i know it exists... so whomever is sequestering the rest of this show (for example..) do the right thing and kick down forthwith!!!, this is way too good to ration (at this point) = more great dtb on youtube!
Wow, Classic Donna. Where was I. What a treat. Thanks for the info on this Buffalo. I would love to see more of these. Keep'em comin if possible. Love and Light!
Cool, Ray. Now that is some sweet old school Donna footage. In case you don't have the details handy, this recording would be from Saturday, 10/19/1996. They opened for Rusted Root that night. In addition to the usual suspects up front (Joe Thrift, Jim Miller, Jeb Puryear, and Tara Nevins), that's Anka on the bass and Jim Roberts on drums. Jordan, Jeb's brother, had left the band a month earlier. They wouldn't get a full time drummer til early 97 (Tom Gilbert, who is with them still).
I was at this show! My girlfriend at the time was Donna's assistant manager. Good times.

BTW, the beautiful song played here is formally titled "If You Only Could," although it was commonly referred to at the time as the "Hippie Song."
