  • I do the lying straight in bed thing for 20-30 min (especially after working out). You can actually feel your muscles becoming relaxed and you also feel like your nerves just quiet down especially if you do it in a dark room by turning off the lights.

  • Yeah, this stuff is part of the elusive obvious. When I relax, I like to let go of things that way there is not tension that keeps me from relaxing. Other people is what I really get a kick out of watching. I had a roomate who "relaxed" while watching T.V. Now does that make any sense? Hm....

  • I play guitar, I'm an aggressive skater, I meditate, write poetry/journal/blog, read, listen to music, and watch t.v...BUT YEAH I COULD DEFINITELY USE SOMETHING LIFE CHANGING BECAUSE RIGHT NOW MY LIFE SUCKS...ITS SO BORING...AVERAGE...AND PLAIN....SO I'M HOPING FOR THE BEST...THAT SOMETHINGS WILL CHANGE

  • Indeed, it's great to have periods of relaxation. I've found it makes me more focused and as a result I move FAST!
