I have Civ 2 on windows 7, and i cant edit the text, besides that the game is fine, but, I want to edit the names of cities and such, can anyone help me?

You need at least 1 unit in your cities to keep them from crying all the time. Also when you have your $ taxes so low, building marketplaces does next to nothing for you.

You probably know by now, but

A. Production stops during Civil Disorder, hence the temple not being completed.

B. You can't always eliminate all the unhappy people, but you're fine as long as happy are equal or greater in number than unhappy.

I use a rule 2 phalex to a city, or the equivalent depending on what science you know
