Liberals defeated prop 8 because they claimed majority of voters recognizing marriage as between 1 man and woman reduced their rights based on traits and distinctions. the liberal said no you cant do that. But all it takes is for 55% (mainly welfare bums and other ignorant and anti American communists) to pass laws banning law-bidding citizens from owning guns while letting criminals run free and armed. THAT reduced people's rights but the liberals said it was okay
