There is a kid in Nova Scotia, Canada that has an 80+ MPH fastball, a 75 MPH breaking ball, one of the best two seamers I have ever seen and a change up that has been clocked at 62 MPH (almost a 20 mph drop from his fastball). He's only 15 and I gaurantee he is one of the most dominate pitchers In Canada. I don't know his first name, I only saw the back of his jersey. His last name was Reid.
