I'm sorry you obviously don't know much about bicycle manufacturing. Almost all mass produced frame of decent quality comes out of Taiwan, A Canadian made frame would cost more and have poorer workmanship. Plus, considering Rocky Mountain and Masi have similar bikes at msrps of about 1000 this is a really well priced bike.
Stupid flippy hat and creepy mustache come free with a purchase, gotta buy your own skinny jeans and find your own weird creepy coffee shop tho.
