NO DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY where the life of another person is at risk or a person has been physically harmed. Some Kenyan's don't seem to understand meaning of Diplomatic Immunity. example - No diplomat can pull a gun, shoot a citizen of the country he is serving at and then hide behind diplomatic immunity. diplomatic immunity is no license to act like a beast....the diplomat must be expelled "for engaging in egregious violent acts inconsistent with his diplomatic duties'' obviously he is an animal gone wild, not a diplomat.
pelekeni stupidity uko, now you want the kenyan govt to arrest a foreign diplomat coz of hez own household problems? what do you think nigeria is going to do?just sit back and watch?thats a nigerian problem, the wife should seek for assisstance in nigeria, this is nt a kenyan govt issue. and if he gets arrested, whats going tp happen then?the wife will have to vacate the ambassador residence coz its nt her husbands property, where's she going to go?
The least one can hope is that she has left him and sought asylum if need be......
