Question. Correct me if I'm wrong. Did you hook up your subs to that JBL amp? It seems like you can get more power out of the subs and I just refuse to believe that pioneer amp wouldn't do the job!

it is dd spec for the box and you can do acyrlic better then me show me it was frosted on the top in person it sounds get and on the term lab spl system she did like 142 db with like 500 watts those subs can handle 1000 on a burp

Sweet looking box man bet that cost a few bucks. Sounds like the whole box is resonating though. It might have been a better design to slant the back wall to better control the internal reverberations which would probably make the box sound better. In lieu of this installing stainless steel threaded rod about half inch in diameter with stainless nuts inside and out and rubber coated washers to control box vibration would probably increase the SPL and also clean up the sound.
