@nivrin13 the Aston Martin rapide is too slow compared to the Porsche Panamera turbo sedan or the upcoming BMW M5. With the 638 hp corvette zr1 engine it wouldn't be. Rolls Royces have Bmw engines. Maserati's have ferrari engines etc.

That is an amazing car, but the video doesn't show the most importante part, the reason of the car: the rear seats. We hardly see this part.

Rear seat space isn't alot but it's more than a 2+2 coupe will give you, (about the same as in the back of a bmw 3 series coupe) so if your below 5ft 10 with an average sized person in the front then space is more than adequate. But it's definitely not a fat-so's car. and for that reason thumbs up and big respect to Aston Martin for keeping brand integrity

Aston Martin is actually owned by a middle eastern consortium. David Richards is only the front man with very little of the 925 million dollars actually being his.. The new factory for Rapide is still being built. yes in the uk but by no means with british money.

This not the right car for Aston Martin to transform into a 4 door coupe... Please do not follow the same path as what Porsche is doing to their brand - which is rehashing the same car, model after model. Boxster = 911 mini, Cayman = 911 midi, Cayenne = 911 maxi, next 4 door coupe? = 911 hybrid... Be British and be daring.
