But I can't understand why she was handcuffed in front- it's ALWAYS done with the prisoners hands strapped behind or by her sides. Also a woman is usually hooded before she's noosed. But I agree it was fairly accurate .A few kicks or convulsions (also usual in long drop hanging) would have made it even more authentic.
@fuzzbal49 You are correct in all your observations. But, their has rarely been an accurate depicition (in film) of the correct placement of the knot of the noose under the left jaw of the condemned.

They're usually terrified, imagining everything and likely to cause a scene. Hence the need for speed and professionalism when the client is female. Western women are more composed and calmer -just a few whimpers or moans when the hood and noose are adjusted. The whole process from cell to drop should be over in 30 seconds to avoid any hitches.

I do not understand why instead of the hood or blindfold, their just put patches over the eyes of the condemned. This was fairly realistic.
