can you not hold down the zoom on your camera?

In movie mode, it uses digital zoom instead of optical zoom, an aspect I don't like and holding the button doesn't work. I tried it.

Famouspogs - my camera also has digital zoom above optical zoom. In the two years I have had it my respect for the professional cinematographers have grown a lot. Discovery channel makes it seem easy; it is not :P
