the "just look at the world around you" is, A minor, C major, G major and E minor.

Under the sea is, D minor, G major, A major, C major,

when it gets to, "up on the shore they work all day, out in the sun they slave away" The chords slightly change.

They become D minor, G major, E minor then A minor, Then the ending chords for that chorus is D minor, G major. Then go back to the A minor and E minor chords again.
