Anyway it's cool just a simple misunderstanding, but to answer your original question zakk plays the gibson version but has been known to play epiphones. To be honest i wouldnt go for either though the gibson is well outta your price range by the sounds of it and for the price of the epiphone you could get a much better guitar i say look at Jacksons maybe or even a HSS strat :) Hope this helps

What's the point in having several different guitars if the active electronics involved mk them all sound almost identical. This solo looks violent because of the pentatonic part, but if you developed some speed with you pentatonic scale, it's not THAT hard to play it moderately clean (in this video, Zakk plays this part like 2 times nice & clean, so...).

You can try a hammer-on on the 3rd note of the arpeggios too. Much easier to begin attacking this piece. :D

if your breaking strings you have a bridge or tremlo issue, good guitars you wont break strings if you hit them hard, on my ibanez i had to file the floyd rose with sandpaper and a file on the sadle then it stoped breaking them
