@centurionl it's not even a first season, it's the first series ever, only in japan, adapted from the first manga chapters (and so there's this long blue haird girl with ribbon who's never a character in the series you watch) and the animation producers are completely different, also the art in the original manga also changes as well if you compare first chapter with chapter 100.

@suffifo2 Technically, 4Kids cut out this entire season. This is season zero, which only aired in Japan and follows vol 1-7 of the manga. 4kids skipped right to duel monsters when originally, the show/manga was never centered around duel monsters.

After she almost gets expelled because of a love letter he sends her she turns him down and is never seen again. She was a shy bookworm in

@suffifo2 the manga while in the anime she is described as one of the most beautiful and popular girls at the school, she has a kind, sweet, naive, and innocent personality which to me is a breath of fresh air in the Yugioh cast. She also is much smarter then she lets on because she always seems to be able to manipulate Honda into getting her things. Whether she realizes that she is doing it remains to be seen.
