  • Very nice. Clean, practical and simple. Beautiful birds too !

  • i read on a website you have to put grit in with their feed is this necessary

  • I love the background music, you guys make raising chickens look pretty hip and cool

  • This is a good video. It demonstrates a well built, well designed chicken ark and the thievery corp. music was a good fit for it. Thanks.

  • At what age did your chickens start laying and with silkies do they lay all year around?

  • i have a question on nesting. well, first off, i want to get the Araucana bantams, but the web site i went to said that i had to order 15. no big deal, but i was originally going to have my chickens sleep in large milasian pots, but there is only enough room for 4 pot, cause thats all i had. so now, if i were to just lay a think layer of wood shavings on the floor, would they lay in that, or do i need some sort of divider. thnx

  • Chickens will sleep almost anywhere, in one of bigger han houses some of them sleep together on a shelf with a perch and some sleep together on top of the straw dustbin and some sleep on the floor no matter what we provide as a sleeping area.. Can you make a bracket and perch or some sort of shelf? Good luck with your new birds and we look forward to seeing your video.

  • you guys really love your chickens. lol

  • they sure are secure latches on the coop - those chickens will never escape! LOL

  • I was researching tractors and saw you video.

Looks like a solid unit made with care.

Nice chill music. who is it?

  • I grew up on a 2000+ acre farm and I approve hehe...

Chickens make fantastic pets, I'm not sure why more people don't do this. I hope it catches on in the states... there are signs that it is.

  • these are great coops, could do with a bit of weld-mesh on the bottom to keep foxes out though!!!

  • what type of chickens do you have in the video? im wondering because in getting one and whanted to know what type you had... nice video

  • they look like red warrens. They are a medium sized laying breed and usually cost less than a £5

  • thanks, yes they are ISA Browns or Warrens

  • what type of chickens are in the video?

im wondering because i am getting one for my self and was wondering what type of chickens you had

  • Sorry for the late reply, did you get yours? They are ISA Brown Warrens, great birds, lay about 300 eggs a year, very friendly and tame, good birds to get if youre after a constant supply of eggs

  • How do you get the blueprint on this chicken coop?any one knows, please let me know.

  • hipsters and their chickens

  • I want one!!! nice design!

  • You need a less attractive demonstrator...I had to watch several times because I kept forgetting to look at the ark! Nice job!

  • We recommend about three medium sized birds and more depending on how far they could range during the day. We have 5 Warrens in one of ours and they have day long access to free range.

  • How many bantams can it fit?

  • Very clever design...especially for people with small city yards. How many birds do you think would fit comfortably in your coop?
