To fix the STATIC_EEP problem, I just removed the phone's battery before plugging it in. Worked for me. Also if it does work, the files will be put in the same folder as the KP500-Utils application, NOT the desktop. Vote up if that works, then other people will be able to see it.

Also, if at the end stage you find that it says "Not Available" to all of the options, it might be because it was already unlocked.

Spent ages fiddling with this to discover mine was already unlocked.

got everthing as instructed by the video, only problem at the static_eep stage it fails every time as i would like to think i have the reflexes of a ninja on inserting the phone at this time. So at this point it fails for me and cant get the static_eep bit. Not to worry looked good at the stages before that but failed. Not sure where it went wrong but gratz to those of you that managed to get yours done :D

i opened the Extract tiped all the codes.... and when i have to do the final enter.. i get the messege and it quikley closes..

problems with quickly inserting the phone into usb (this is very very very quick)

after dialling the number to finalize everything i selected provider code, not 'network lock' like your instructions said.

apart from that it all worked. and now have an unlocked tesco mobile phone

This worked for me on Windows 7 64 bit. Only problem I had was installing the USB flash drivers that are in the 'Allyouneed' folder, but I found them on the downloads page of the site linked to in the description (mylgcookie) and ran the installer as administrator (though that may not be necessary, I don't know). @falcon1213 You must put the files KP500.flb in C: Otherwise it will not work. I had the same problem, but after I did that, it worked.
