There is only a few crew of 3-4 not more just to apply first aid and to assist if it turns badly that doesn't imply they help him and that he only does five seconds of the show and then go to a five stars hotel.

They provide Bear with situations in only 48 hours that survivor man never gets to see but would or might if you where actually out there for a few weeks or even months.
