  • Shalom Dave from one Jew to another. The one thing I noticed that you don't have on your site is a constant temperature pad like they have at the happyherbalist. You may want to contact them and try to work out a deal because kombucha can be made a little faster if the brew is kept at a specific temperature. Cheers.

  • so i believe in fasting as a general panacea, and kombucha too. but there still isn't a lot of evidence of what kind of fast works best; there is still some debate...

    you never actually mention why you shouldn't drink kombucha during the fast. is it a calorie thing? you only vaguely say that you should maybe? drink it after 5 days... why or why not?

  • I was drinking Kombucha for its general health benefits & started taking Cayenne pepper for its general health benefits, not thinking of mucois plaque at all. In a few days after adding the Cayenne pepper, mucoid plaque came out! I have been drinking about 1 to 1 1/2 quarts of Kombucha with at least a tsp. of organic Cayenne pepper from the spice rack at the grocery store. The pepper cost less than $5.

  • Hey! Kombucha?. I'm on the master cleanse right now. This is my second time. I love it cause it's more of a mental challenge for me than a physical one. I have some friends that eat only raw, and do kombucha all the time. I'm trying to go raw after this cleanse. Thanx for your video... i love venice/and your glasses. =)

  • Wow.. I'm on day 6 of the MC I just learned about Kombucha 20 mins ago. I might try some at the end of my fast. But first I need to figure out where to get that mushroom...

I am on day 5 of the Master Cleanse and have been thinking about using Kombucha to initially re-introduce probiotics back into my system during the gentle transition time of coming off the cleanse... then also add Probiotic capsules, then eventually raw sauerkraut, and kefir. Nice to have that confirmed by you~ perfect timing!
