Especially mainstream mortgage 'contracts'. They are fraudulent. Period. It would be interesting to 'challenge' them in court. Truth would come out that a few of these elements of a contract would disqualify the 'contract' and they would not have any lien on our property. We then could move for allodial title Rights on the property. Once we have that there is NO property taxation.
