I found great enjoyment from this. I was entertained. They sound great. Arnel is also pretty easy on the eyes. That counts some.

@MissSherry39 Steve Perry can't sing anymore. His voice is fucked -- you can hear that he butchered his voice when he recorded Street Talk. After that, his voice never recovered the smoothness of his earlier singing. And Steve Perry retired from Journey at about the same age as Arnel is started with them. Arnel's voice is still clear while Perry's was sandpaper by the end. Steve sang great for three decades, but he doesn't have that voice anymore.
Easily one of the coolest stories in music. Guy with the drive to develop his given talents finds a home within one of the bands he grows up listening to. Doesn't matter where you start, its the journey that's important. (intended).

I think we should be thankful that since we can't have Steve Perry in Journey that we have the next best thing in Arnel Pineda and not just some clown that doesn't even sound like Perry. It's like Pink Floyd you'll never see them tour again and that sucks cause Floyd fans are missing going to see them. But there is Australian Pink Floyd and it's the closest you can get to seeing Floyd without actually having them there. Would you rather not see Journey touring ever again?

@MissSherry39 Steve Perry can't sing anymore. His voice is fucked -- you can hear that he butchered his voice when he recorded Street Talk. After that, his voice never recovered the smoothness of his earlier singing. And Steve Perry retired from Journey at about the same age as Arnel is started with them. Arnel's voice is still clear while Perry's was sandpaper by the end. Steve sang great for three decades, but he doesn't have that voice anymore.
