I am 6 Foot, and roughflly 132 pounds... Thats what 60 kilos? I see this as being under weight. Its so fuckin hard to gain weight tho... Any one wanna send me some tips on what foods i should be eating?
eat a lot of meat and vegtables and you will gain weight but not fat and make sure you workout often after you eat im 13 and im 5 foot 2 and 122 pounds but i know a lot about muscle

@ caleh1989 - Hey bro. Work the legs. Squats, Squats, Squats and other leg exercises are the best things you can do as far as exercise goes. Weight gain comes from the LEGS - it's a hormone thing. And try to keep the diet consistent. I recently learned that having stable blood sugar throughout the day is very important too.
for timishanul.. umm basically eat alot i mean alot. um your basic protein, creatine, glutimine, and essential vitamins like b12 and vitamin c. and when ya eating dont eat alot of saturated fat. u might think its good cause your trying to build mass but thats not a good thing to do. clean lean meat and rest. and lastly good workout rutine. start out with decent weight with 5 sets of 5 reps.
well Im the same height and barely weight 110... its embarrasing but ive bin doin lots of research lately nd the best you can do is eat a lot of food with high calories and lift weights until your body cant take it anymore the more u force your body the more stress that help your muscle grow... idk if this will work but so many pple sayit does Ill give it a shot..good luck

no m8 dont over train your muscles thats what i done before. you end up breaking too much muscles down and your body cant fully recover the muscles
