  • 1:10 no, not Thomas :(

  • Send 'em to amercia. we rednecks can fix anything!

  • Let's fix 'em up and put 'em on a heritage railway!

  • too bad we can't do free trading with Cuba! Seems like Cuba never scraps old trains and cars!

  • if the those trains could talk they could tell a story or two

  • poor old Machines

  • What a Shame

  • So sad to see them rust away.

  • We saw these a couple of years ago and they are actually looking better; they've had some red lead painted on them and some paint restored.

  • this the reason I'd establish a Import/Export shipping line in Mexico to give Cubans the car & loco parts they want Even import good used or new US & Canadian locos to Cuba

  • Scrapyards should be illegal for the public!!!

  • I still recollect some of these old engines running down to Santiago in the 1950s,before Castro.

  • I just can't understand why the Disney Corporation couldn't at least try to save some of these old narrow-gauge steamers for all of its various theme parks and resorts.

  • search for steam locomotive information

  • If the locomotive in lakeland survived be glad they did. This year in august a 100 ton 2-8-2T locomotive was cut up in williston florida

  • WHY

  • I could just cry. Seeing all these engines rusting away is so sad for a train enthusiast like me.

  • @disneyrangerblue02 SAME! ;'(

  • wish these trains would get restored they should at least be in shelter. Too bad cuba wont get rid of the dictators that run it.

  • Thank you trainkeeper

  • It goes perfectly, I think, with the movie.

  • @chcknmr

The Author is Edward Elgar, and the whole piece is called "Enigma variations", this particular outtake is called "Nimrod".

  • What song is playing in the video? I like it.

  • What a shame...

  • @rgerhardtembarq I live in Lakeland Florida and our city leaders sold our historic steam locomotive from Adair park for $150. Because they did not want to move and paint it. Everybody in the world treasures there treasures and our city leaders throw ours out like yesterdays garbage Now that is a shame.

  • @wabashpawn That makes me really mad. How dare they do that!?

  • wow very interestin you did a nice job of this

  • stop all this steam train destory its just a waste of money you chould of fix them up not destory it!

  • This is sad what happens to the old trains that are waiting to be fixed.

  • boohoo so sad

  • The embargo is only detrimental to the murderers still in power in Havana.

  • @tburzio I think you are right that the embargo may be counter productive. The previous rulers were not so great huh? Either way, the Cuban's are pretty good with keeping old gear working and the embargo is probably good for steam: the GM diesel salesman didn't come here!
