@sockjockid it depends do you want it just for music and being small then yes. But if you want apps and something that is easier just hold on to in your hand then I would go with the ipod touch. Personally i would pick the ipod touch over this any day.

Too fiddly- My old Samsung is around the same siz and has a voice recorder and a technology called buttons - I can do almost everything without even looking at the screen which is great while driving.

I really love the look of the nano just wish it had a lil speaker to play music without headphones n video playback. I feel it over priced 65 buck would had been a better price. But I got it anyway. I really don't understand why anybody would want a camera or video or apps etc.etc. on an iPod. An iPod is for listening to audio. That's what the whole philosophy of MP3 players is all about. Wanting all these additional features on an iPod is like buying a Bluray player and expecting there to be a hotplate on the top of it so you can cook meals while watching movies. This is the best iPod that Apple have ever made. I can't praise it enough. It's small and light and very mod. Well done Apple.
