I'm a big fan of Dead Silence Pro and Steady Aim Pro as the first two things to unlock with the Specialist Strike package. If you start with Sitrep Pro then the enemy is louder, Dead Silence will make you silent and Steady Aim Pro will get you up quicker (lol) after sprinting. Starting with Sitrep Pro means you're not going to go deaf when you unlock it and the enemy stomps your ears into oblivion. =)
