I remember this editor... you can create your own pokemon and uplod it to the bame... there are many editors like that for example what pokemons will be where.... what will your character look or you can even change towns and streets.... almost everything.... for me i put it in a different language and I was using the grass editor for catching pokemons however i dint wanned to change the game so much to destroy it like in here.
