Lovely pony, he has been to local showjumping competitions, he can easily jump 105cm whilst ridden and can clear 135cm whilst free jumping. im thinking of buying a connemara, but could someone tell me if they are insensitive(kinda like cooldbloods) or are they sensitive like warmbloods? I want a horse who is kinsa sensitive but not as overly sensitive lika an Arab? Cause i have a problem with my shoulder so i cant ride horses who are to hard in their mouthes... SOMEONE TELL ME PLEASE!

I have an 8 year old, 14hh connemara. We're jumping about 3ft 4 at the moment he's unfit but he already soars over them. Got so much potential. The breed are definately natural jumpers x

ii have a gorgeous connemara pony called Mariio and he iis an unreal jumper, ii won a high jump up against 4 professional horses (1 of them was an italian international horse) and ii won i jumped 1m50-1m60..xX

And Mario is only 6 years old n he is a 14.1hh..xX!!

He is absolutely amazing. :]

I saw Connemara ponies in Ireland in 1987. I even took a really cool pic of one looking sideways out of his/her stall window. They have such fine heads and soft eyes. I understand they make fine jumpers.
