if you like this game but cant afford a ps3 you will probably like garrysmod on steam, it isnt quite so colourful but it is the same idea, just look it up :D
ok i think the games have already it own levels but u can can create them too and upload them so when other ppl play them they l;eave comment and rate it and there will be a list that the more rated will b on top then the second and 3 and so on so the best rated lvl will b ezer to find and so. THIS GAME will KICK any console ass ^^ originality and coop online WTF so freaking sweet ^^

the whole plays and comments..and level design, was that to demonstrate that people could access other user created levels.
