Hey girl! I pray that you have success with your detox using Master Cleanse. Be strong and hang in there. I am thinking about detoxifying. I have to read and research more on the types of food that I can use to detoxify. Congrats on what you have accomplished thus far.

Thanks Trish, It does make it a little easier when you're a homemaker. but i enjoy the smell of food, when i'm cooking, i inhale the smell and drink the lemonade at the same time, it really helps! My son is non stop, he drives me nuts, lol Thanks:)

My old boss, whom I still work with, he SWEARS by cayenne. He got me to buy some. He is going on 60 and I am not kidding you, he has the body of a 17 year old. Actually, he wears shorts and an unbuttoned shirt every day (it's Hawaii) and he's pretty hot. :) I am taking 6 capsules a day! I take them with food, though, which makes it MUCH easier. Keep going Mama!
