I think an addition to that size of a manor might possibly be a tennis court or two? I tend to see a lot of large manors that have the pools, but always lack something like a volleyball or tennis court. Cobweb is the best I think we have though for the netting. Bad experience with my court thanks to a creeper... Ran through the net and it caught up. Good bye me, good bye creeper and goodbye part of the court.
