@95tahoe1 I agree. I don't recommend it but it's a fast easy way to get them grill ready when the oven is already taken up by the pork spare ribs. Even though they are boiled they are surprisingly tasty! I have since ceased to do it this way now though, thanks!
Yes, I left that out, thanks Jasper. I use 2 whole garlic heads peeled and a couple of halved brown onions and about two table spoons of salt in a pot the size of mine...
BOILING RIBS!!! is one of the worst ways to cook ribs. all the favor is boiled out. texture is just wrong.
