Prihoda wirkte in dem deutschen Spielfilm von 1936 " Die weiße Frau des Maharadschas " mit.

Vasa ( Kosenamen für Vaclav ) Prihoda war 36 Jahre alt. Eine hinreißende Aufnahme. Kein mechanisches Abspulen von Tönen in Hochgeschwindigkeit unter Herumgeschaukele des Körpers. Jeder Ton lebt und der Zuhörer spürt die unverwechselbare Individualtät Prihodas. Nach dem Krieg fühlte er sich ungerecht behandelt und bestand darauf, Zeitzeugen gemäß, dass sein Name deutsch ausgesprochen wird.
