I hope somebody is good at math. 2010...40million on food stamps. USDA had 68BILLION devoted to food stamps. So, the average recipient got, like 134.00/month. I know it was in the 130's, but let's be generous and make it 200 even. That's 2400 x 40,000,000.00. Call it a billion in food stamps. WHERE'S the other 67 billion? Isn't a billion a thousand million? Why didn't they get a million dollars? Still leaves more than 67 billion. Where's the money?

Simple math people.
The poor drain resources instead of surviving on their own like every other person.
