I bought a 2nd hand beautifully carved djembe recently. Unfortunately it has no skin (it had fur fabric lol) so I need to put a skin on it. It looks very fiddly and like you need a lot of strength to pull it tight. Thanks for the video you have saved me hours of swearing and cussing. :D

save your money get a long metal pipe
wrap some tape or cloth on the end to keep form scoring the drum. stick it between the verticles and pull
