@lionhead23b Jenova here is technically three enemies, her body and two arms, I think. So Yuffie's limit break did 9,999 to all enemies.

If you have doom of the living around lvl 36 like I did you can easily do the pagoda challenge, Doom of living with wep u get at wutai will be around base damage of 3.5k a limit, just use a hyper on yuffie for fury and flow through the challenges ;D

@ShadowsDawn7 When you first reach Wutai, after getting Yuffie back into your party, you can challenge the Padoga guardians (though you have to beat them all with only Yuffie, so I recommend waiting until you've gotten her final weapon and the Double Cut materia first), and when you beat the last one you get the All Creation manual as a drop.

All Creation in theory is just as good as the other level 4s, but it (along with Cosmo Memory) kinda suffers from the damage cap, since it only hits once whereas things like Omnislash can hit a LOT of times.

if you try playing the solo character game you'd see...

on my solo run with Yuffie, at level 30 she could still hit everyone with All creation for max damage which was great for quickly killing the one boss that is hard for soloers... the carry armor.

@Soki7000 All creation is only better with 1) weak weapon games 2) like...level 30. It's really really strong if you just can get over the fact damage cap IS 9,999.
