I love the freshness of this approach to this popular jazz standard
Brilliant! This is one of the many reasons why I converted to what my mother considers to be the dark side. I thought classical was the dark side if you look at the history! :P
@Lecuona8@Lecuona8 Thanks a lot ! I am currently playing in some clubs in Mex City, though nowadays i play pop rock, i really dont consider myself that much of a Jazz player, even though i love it, unfortunately jazz music is not as commercial as i would like it to be and you have to make a living! I also play in a TV show and am currently making music for tv and othr projects. Best regards!!
thanks a lot, your comment means very much to me. We are no longer playing together, and the only recording we left was this, thanks to my father, who that day took the camera and decided to record the performance. I think its a shame also that we couldnt record anything. Im honored for your words and thank you a lot. Best regards!!
WOW! That was really great, I absolutely loved your arrangement of this song. Everyone was playing superbly too, I especially loved the nice bass solo in the middle of the video. I wish you guys good luck with your future endeavours!
thanks a lot, this interpretation is based on Vince guaraldi´s version of the song. Im glad you liked it, your comments encourage us a lot! best regards

Yes, as ive said before i give full credit to Vince Guaraldi for this beautiful version of fly me to the moon, its just our interpretation as a tribute to the song, Teh variations are in the solos.... Best Regards
Thanks for writing and for your comments...I would recommend Bill Evans sheet music, so you can analize jazz voicings...Really there is no substitution for taking a song and transcribing it directly by ear, i know its hard, but as everything else, with a lot of practice, the benefits will be huge. Keep on practicing, and listening to jazz pianists and you´ll get there! best regards!!

Paco, thanks for your answer. I am sure that you can play any kind of music very well. And remember "music is music".
