this is actually a pretty standard presentation of wine at most restaurant. However, you should never "pop" the cork, it also important to note that label should always face the customer and the cork should be presented on a saucer( or similar) not on the tablecloth itself.
There is a method to everything. ;)

Not incorrect other than putting the cork on the tablecloth but way too snooty for my taste.
