Nice games, but why do you keep on using the B+2 charge attack when the opponent is frozen? I assume it's some sort of "reset" maneuver to perform another combo with. Sorry, I'm a bit new. I have been learning some of your combos though. Keep up the good work.
exactly it is a reset. If the person presses a button they freeze if they don't then it just ends the combo. Not a 100% on that but I know it is a reset and they can either freeze or end the combo.
I understand how REO outplayed you but KL is a little to good. He has a roll he doesn't need, he has a 10 chip mixup that builds almost a full bar, every single ex move has a use, you can't jump in on him ever, he has a very solid projectile to trade with most zoners and if he can't he has an EX tele to get in and get a possible full combo or mixup opportunity. Even his Xray is 100% safe and is also 6 frames. No one else has that many advantages. even though he isn't unbeatable, that is to much
kung lao isnt OP, i think that sub zero is pretty bad matchup and reo is pretty good players to exploit it... no offence to tom he is the best sub in the world period, but kung lao is just good, NRS knows what they are doing and when they do patch they will do the right thing... dont hate ...appreciate

Sorry Tom but I still think Kung Lao is problem in this game, yes you got outplayed but a major factor was Kung Lao's endless options and counter recovey time. Yes theres top tier characters in every game but not to the point where only 2 characters are ever consistently seen getting top at tournaments (K.lao, Raiden...)

I used to hold him in high regards due to him having the balls to main an underdog like Mileena. But now I don't have any respect for him now that he's become a scrubby Kung Lao player, and become just like all those other tier-whoring tourney players.
@REPTiLE4LPH4 He doesn't main Mileena man. It's almost like for every tourney it's a different character with him. At ECT he made it to the finals reptile. He's also used Kabal at Power Up I believe. He even made a thread on TYM on why Mileena can't win in high level tournaments lol

@Mattwi In my opinion Kung Lao is one of the hardest characters to be, especially since hes been nerfed a ton. But he can be VERY annoying if someone spams hats and spins. So his long kombos are extremely hard to pull off.

Just because a character is in a certain tier list doesn't mean a lot in high level play. characters in an upper mid tier still have bad matchups
