video games as meditation game's? never seen it that way, even thougt i've always find game's really relaxing :)

@World0fWowcraft Yeah, everyone at some point gets into "the zone," which is definitely a deep, relaxed state! So keep up the meditation lol

It is me talking, thank you! I think you're doing all this too, I sincerely believe that deeply enjoying a video game has the same benefits as meditation, as opposed to just being a waste of time. If anyone is meditating while playing, I would imagine it's you!
