A bit of both. I like to call Lake Como a park with resort like amenities. Lots of day visitors, we have motel rooms, RV spots, tenting, restaurant, and bar. Lots of sports activities, tennis, vollybal, hourse shoes, etc... A couple of miles of walking trails on our 200 acres. 35 acre lake with boat you can use.

But we are a community also. About 200 full time residents, perhaps 400 during the winter high season. People of all ages, but mostly retired.
